.This is the second book in they Bayou Myth series. It begins where the first book leaves off. Well done, Ms. Loesch. I really enjoyed this book as much as I did the first book. I hated to put it down. My only suggestion: someone needs to edit. I look forward to reading future books in this series.

Very sad at the end interesting to find out about Joan and her ancestry wished that there had been a better ending
I love the 1st and the 2nd book of this series and still feel like I am missing something.I'll just have to read the 3rd to get an ending.At least I hope I do. ENJOY!

If you read the first book Bayou Myth then you will have to read Bayou Scar. You will find there is more to learn about Joan's family and friends. There are some things in the past that come up that cause problems for Joan and members of her family. I am waiting for the next book .
I enjoyed this one almost as much as the first one. I look forward to the next book in the series. The one thing I noticed in this book that was as noticeable in the first book, was that the grammar was off at times, and there were some words missing or transposed throughout. However, I was able to figure it out quite easily. Thanks for another read that really kept my attention!
